TACO SALAD 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained (optional)
2 tsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. head shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. corn chips
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat, pour off fat. Add next 6 items, simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

In another bowl combine lettuce, chips, tomato and Cheddar cheese. Combine with meat mixture and toss in large bowl. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
