1/2 c. candied pineapples and cherries
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)
4 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients well. Divide into 3 rolls. Roll in nuts. Wrap in freezer wrap and chill overnight. Serve in logs with crackers or slice and serve on party breads.
