APPLE STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. water

Cut flour and butter. Add vinegar, egg yolks and water. If real sticky, add flour. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Separate into 3 equal pieces.

FILLING:

1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
8-9 apples, peeled & sliced

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough. Spread mixture over dough. Add a couple handfuls of apples and roll. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 3 strudels
