1 sm. bag Oreo cookies
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
Gummy worms (opt.)
Flower pot lined with foil

Crush all of the Oreo cookies; set aside.

Mix together packages of pudding and milk and set aside.

Cream butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold together pudding and cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.

Layer in a cake pan (or for looks, use a flower pot lined with tin foil), 1/3 Oreo cookies on bottom, pudding and cream cheese mixture in the middle and the rest of the Oreo cookies on top. Put gummy worms into the cake for decoration. (Put a fake flower in the middle of cake (line the stem with foil) for looks. (Use also as a centerpiece.)
