CARAMEL SAUCE 
3 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. corn syrup
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. butter
8 marshmallows
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix and cook sugar, syrup and water together until soft ball forms in cold water. Add butter and marshmallows; stir until melted. Cool and add milk. Makes 5 cups.
