CAPPUCCINO BROWNIES 
1 tbsp. freeze dried coffee
2 tsp. boiling water
1 c. semi-sweet chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine coffee and water in a cup and set aside. Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter, beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, coffee and cinnamon; beta until mixture is combined well. Stir in melted chocolate and flour. Spread into foil lined 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Makes 16 (2 inch) squares.
