2 tbsp. freeze dried instant coffee 4 tbsp. boiling water 12 oz. real chocolate chips 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. flour Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine coffee and water; set aside. Melt chocolate chips on low heat until smooth; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat until creamy. Add eggs, coffee mixture, and cinnamon. Beat well. Stir in melted chocolate chips and flour. Spread into foil lined 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. |
