RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE

CRUST:

Follow your favorite recipe for a two-crust pie.

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb, cut into short lengths
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Mix filling, add to pie, bake at 350 degrees until done.
