STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
Crust:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter

Pie:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 qt. sliced strawberries
strawberry glaze

Garnish:

whipped topping

Crust: Mix all ingredients. Press in pizza pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake for 8 minutes at 350°F to 400°F. Sit it out to cool. It will be firm. DO NOT OVERCOOK.

Pie: Mix ingredients. It will be thick. Pour over crust.

Topping: Cap and slice strawberries. Mix strawberries with strawberry glaze mix. Spread over pie mixture. Chill for 1 hour.

Garnish with whipped topping just before serving.
