BROWNIES WITH MINT ICING 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar, I use 1 1/2 c
1 c. butter
4 eggs (I use egg beaters)
4 oz. baking chocolate, melted

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla and chocolate. Mix well. Add flour, sugar, and chopped nuts. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Mix together: 1/2 cup butter, 2 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, scant teaspoon mint extract. Mix well. Add green food coloring. Spread over cooked cake. Cool green mixture. Then mix 6 tablespoons butter, 1 chocolate chips, melted. Spread over green mixture. Cool again. Cut into squares.
