GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
Measure 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 18 crackers). Add 1/3 cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons superfine sugar. Press firmly into a 9" pie plate, making a layer on bottom and sides. Chill for 30 minutes. Fill and bake.

For a firmer crust, chill the graham cracker crust for several hours, then bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Cool and fill.
