TACO APPETIZER 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 avocado, peeled
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 sprinkles garlic salt
Tabasco, sauce, 2 to 3 drops
1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
Lettuce, shredded, tomatoes, diced
Black olives, sliced
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 to 3 cups
Taco chips (unsalted or lightly salted)

Mash avocados and add lemon juice. Combine with premixed sour cream, cream cheese mixture. Then add Tabasco, seasoned salt and garlic salt. Add pit from avocado but remove before serving. Preserves color. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives. Use taco chips for dipping.
