Mix 1 can refried beans with 1 package taco seasoning. Spread on plate. Mash 1 to 1-1/2 avocado mashed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice; mix in 1 small container sour cream. Spread over bean mix. Grate 1/4 pound each Cheddar and Swiss cheese. Sprinkle over avocado mix.
Chop 2-3 green onions and sprinkle over cheese. Sprinkle 1 to 2-1/2 chopped tomatoes over onions. Spread 1 small can chopped green chilies over tomatoes. Top with 1 small can diced black olives. Garnish with sour cream. Serve with taco chips.
