STRAWBERRY FOAM 
1 c. hot tap water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 egg
1 c. sliced strawberries

1. Place 1 cup tap water in 4 cup glass measure. Heat on full power for 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Blend in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate until mixture starts to thicken.

2. Beat egg at high speed until frothy. Gradually beat in thickened gelatin. Divide strawberries among five serving dishes or put in large serving bowl. Pour gelatin into dishes. Then refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Then top with strawberries.
