MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Cool before frosting.

Frosting:

1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine crushed pineapple with juice and instant vanilla pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake.
