RUSSIAN SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
15 marshmallows
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Put Jello in water. Stir. Turn down heat. Add cream cheese. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Add marshmallows. Beat, then mix in other ingredients. Pour in dish and refrigerate.
