CRACKER PIE | |
3 egg whites 1 c. chopped pecans 20 saltine crackers, crushed 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add other ingredients. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8. Best made during cold weather. |
