CHERRY CRACKER DESSERT | |
6 egg whites, room temp. 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. pecans or walnuts 2 c. soda crackers 2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 2 cans cherry pie filling Beat eggs and cream of tartar into peak. Slowly add sugar; fold in soda crackers, nuts and vanilla. Bake in well-greased pan for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool well (1 or 2 hours); spread Cool Whip on top. Let set overnight. Spread pie filling on top. |
