SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken legs or breast
Garlic salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce

Add garlic salt to chicken and let stand one hour. Dip chicken pieces in egg and dredge with flour. Brown in skillet with butter or fat. When brown, put in baking dish; heat sauce made from last 7 ingredients. Pour over chicken and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes uncovered. May add pineapple chunks.
