STEAK WITH TOMATOES & ONIONS 
2 beef top loin steaks, cut 1" thick (6-8 oz. each)
1/2 c. A-1 Steak Sauce, divided
2 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. canned peeled tomatoes, broken up
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Cook onions in butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until tender; add tomatoes, 1/4 cup steak sauce and vinegar. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Set aside.

Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat. Broil 12-17 minutes to doneness desired (rare to medium rare), turning once. Brush with remaining steak sauce. Serve with vegetable mixture. 4 servings.

Substitute: Top sirloin steak (1 inch thick); broil 16-21 minutes.
