MIX WELL:

1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 cans water
2 tsp. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Batter should be consistency of light cream sauce. Adjust consistency with milk or additional flour. Cook on Swedish pancake skillet or in regular skillet; silver dollar size.
