CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Melt butter and beat eggs before combining with other ingredients. Mix all ingredients. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. (May need to cover toward the end of baking time.)
