SAUCY RASPBERRY JEL 
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 (8 serving) pkg. raspberry sugar-free gelatin
2 c. sugar-free red pop
2 c. frozen raspberries, dry packed, thawed

Place unsweetened applesauce in saucepan. Add gelatin, and allow to soften, about 5 minutes. Heat applesauce and gelatin until it begins to boil, take off of heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Add sugar-free red pop and blend well. Add raspberries and stir until blended evenly. Place in mold or individual dessert cups and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
