DOUBLE TOFFEE DELIGHT COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Combine above ingredients and set aside. Beat for 2 minutes: 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. water 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs

Pour 1/3 batter into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mix; pour remaining batter and top with remaining mix. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Glaze Topping:
3 c. confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp. sour cream (room temperature)
1 tbsp. pure lemon juice

Mix above ingredients and pour over cake.
