GNOCCHI 
Betty Crocker Potato Buds (serving for 8)
3 eggs
2 tsp. salt
4-5 c. flour

Make instant potatoes according to package directions. Let stand until cold. Add salt. Beat in 3 eggs. Add the flour 1 cup at a time until dough becomes soft and easy to handle.

Roll dough between hands to form long ropes. Cut each rope into 1 inch sections.

Bring water to boil. Add gnocchi and be sure water keeps boiling. Boil about 6-8 minutes or until done. Serve with spaghetti sauce.
