TEX MEX RICE DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (14.5 oz.) can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. instant rice

Mix beef, egg, chili powder, pepper, and salt and form into 1-inch meatballs. Microwave at high 7 minutes, draining grease after 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Microwave at high 8 minutes, stirring after first 4. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
