EASY GRILLED HAM | |
1 2 inch thick, fully cooked ham steak 1/2 c. ginger ale 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. white vinegar Place steak in a large shallow dish. Combine ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, ginger and cloves. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning meat occasionally. Drain steak, discarding marinate. Grill, covered, over medium heat-hot coals for 15 minutes on each side. |
