HOMEMADE BAKING MIX 
8 c. all-purpose flour (oat or rye flour o.k.)
1/3 c. baking powder
2 c. non-fat dry milk
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Add flour, baking powder, milk, salt and sugar to a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Store in a covered container at room temperature. To measure the mix, pile it lightly into cup and level off evenly. Makes about 11 cups.

Note: Use this mix in recipes calling for commercial biscuit mixes.
