PAT'S LAMB SHANKS | |
1 lamb shank per person 1 very large onion 1 green pepper, optional 1 can whole tomatoes Garlic powder Ground oregano leaves Brown lamb shanks in frying pan slowly. Put in covered roasting pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano leaves. Slice onion into 1/4 inch slices and put on top of lamb shanks. Squeeze tomatoes and put on top of onion. Slice green pepper and spread over top. Cover roasting pan or cover with foil. Bake at 325 degree oven for 3 hours. |
