TEXAS STYLE CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. sugar
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
Chopped green pepper (optional)

Brown the ground beef, onions and garlic. Put all ingredients in a large pot and simmer until heated through.
