CUCUMBER SANDWICHES 
1 loaf cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® dry salad dressing mix
1 lg. or 2 med. cucumbers
Dill Weed

Wash cucumber. Score by drawing tines of a fork lengthwise so that the skin is broken. (Peel cucumber if it has been waxed.) Slice. Soften cream cheese. Mix dry powder mix into cream cheese. Spread bread with cream cheese mixture. Top with a cucumber slice. Sprinkle with dill weed.

HINT: You can mix the cream cheese and HIDDEN VALLEY® dry mix ahead and store in the refrigerator. Assemble the sandwiches close to the time you will eat them to avoid soggy bread.
