VENISON JERKY | |
3 lb. venison 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. soy sauce Cut meat into 1/2 inch strips wide by 1/4 inch thick. Mix salt, onion, and garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour over meat and marinate in refrigerator overnight, 24 hours. Dry in oven 3 hours at 200 degrees. |
