SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese spread, cubed 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, drained Saute onion in butter. Add process cheese spread and tomatoes. Stir until cheese is melted. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips. |
