BANANA - BLUEBERRY CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. mashed bananas
1 c. blueberries, drained
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, soda, and salt in large bowl. Combine eggs, oil, and buttermilk in small bowl and add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened, but do not beat. Add vanilla, bananas, and pecans; stir well.

Gently stir in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
