FRIDAY CASSEROLE 
1 c. macaroni
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 3/4 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) carton cream style cottage cheese (1 1/2 c.)
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 can salmon, drained & flaked (2 c.)
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook macaroni and drain. Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add milk and stir. When thick add cottage cheese, cheese, salmon and macaroni. Stir in eggs. Pour in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. To crumbs add 2 tablespoons butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
