SAUSAGE QUICHE | |
1 (9 5/8") pastry shell 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan 1 lb. Mickan sausage, in bite size pieces 1/2 c. grated onion 3 eggs 1/2 c. light cream 1 c. sour cream Prick pastry shell and bake for 12 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove shell and reduce heat to 375 degrees. In large bowl mix cheeses, sausage and onion together. In a smaller bowl beat the eggs with the cream and sour cream. Pour the egg mixture into the cheese mixture and combine well. Pour all ingredients into pastry shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
