1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. ground ham
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Flour

Combine all but flour and shape into flat cakes. Dip in flour. Fry in bacon fat or oil.
