HONEY EGG CUSTARD 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. honey
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
Ground nutmeg

Scald milk. Mix egg, honey, salt, and vanilla. Stir into milk gradually. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place cups in pan of water (very hot) and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

This was really flavorful. Since I am watching calories I only used 1/3 c. honey and lowfat milk, and it came out terrific.
