STIR AND ROLL PASTRY | |
FOR 9 INCH 2 CRUST PIE: 2 c. bleached white flour (for flakier crust) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/4 c. cold milk Put flour in bowl with salt and combine. Next, measure oil and milk in same measure cup, then stir until blended. Add this liquid to the dry ingredients and blend with fork until dough is just moistened. Form into 2 balls of dough, roll out between pieces of waxed paper. Works every time! |
