SCALLOPED PORK AND POTATOES 
1 lb. ground pork or sausage
4 c. potatoes (pared and thinly sliced)
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can soup (mushroom or celery)

Lightly brown pork; drain. Place half the potatoes in a 2 quart casserole. Sift 1/2 the flour and salt over potatoes. Top with half the pork, then half the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Mix milk and soup and pour over all. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
