1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. can prepared butterscotch pudding
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
Sugar

Mix cake according to package directions, using pudding INSTEAD of water.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan and top with walnuts and chips. Sprinkle sugar over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
