STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
16-20 mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter or more
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped chives or onion
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1 can crabmeat
Pepper to taste
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Sm. amount of broth or bouillon

Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Brush inside with melted butter. Blend crumbs, parsley, chives, eggs and seasonings. Add crab to mixture. Brush bottom of shallow baking dish with butter. Stuff each buttered cap with mixture. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add a little broth to the pan to keep from sticking. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. May baste with additional butter, if you like.
