SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. breadcrumbs
4 tsp. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper to taste
flour
1 can beef broth

Mix all ingredients together well. Form into balls and roll in flour. Brown. Cover with beef broth or bouillon.

Bake in oven at 325°F for 1 hour. Gravy can be made from broth in pan.

Serves 6-8 people.
