FIESTA CHICKEN BAKE | |
2 c. corn chips 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup (don't add water) 1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, diced 2 med. tomatoes, diced 1 c. sour cream (optional) 1 c. cheese, grated Place chips in bottom of a glass casserole dish. Scatter chicken on top of chips. Mix soup and chilies and pour over all. Top with tomatoes and cheese. (Mix sour cream with soup mixture if added.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Turkey can be used too.) |
