CRISPY MUSTARD CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
4 (4 oz.) chicken breast
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Put dry ingredients into bag. Brush chicken with mayonnaise and mustard. Dip into dry ingredients. Bake covered 40 minutes at 350 degrees, 20 minutes uncovered.
