STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. chopped fresh strawberries
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
vegetable cooking spray

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Chill until slightly thickened. Mash strawberries. Add to gelatin mixture. Add yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into 4 (1/2-cup) molds coated with cooking spray. Chill until set. To serve, unmold onto salad plates.

Yield: 4 servings.
