WALDORF SALAD 
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 c. mayonnaise
6-8 med. sized apples, unpeeled
2 c. celery
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Whip cream until stiff. Blend with mayonnaise. Wash and core apples. Cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Cut celery into 1/8 inch cut and add to above. Mix in 1/3 cup of raisins.

Divide salad into 8 individual salad plates. Garnish with remaining 1/3 cup raisins and the pecans. Makes 8 servings.
