GREEN BEANS IN MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 lbs. green beans, fresh or canned (reserve 1 cup liquid or use 1 cup milk)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onions, minced
1 can fried onion rings

Steam beans, reserving 1 cup liquid. Combine liquid or milk with soup. Stir sauce and onions into green beans. Sprinkle onion rings on top. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake 15 minutes longer. Yields 6 servings.
