HAM & NOODLES 
2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green peppers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked & drained
2 c. or 8 oz. Swiss cheese
2 c. cubed, cooked ham

In a 1 quart pan melt butter, saute onions and peppers. Stir in soup and sour cream. In a 3 quart casserole layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 Swiss cheese, 1/2 ham, and pour 1/2 soup mixture; repeat the process. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
