SAUSAGE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked crumbled sausage
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 lb. cooked noodles

Generously butter a casserole dish. Combine soup and milk in pan. Cook slowly and stir until sauce is heated through. Add one cup of cheese and stir until melted. Add meat, noodles, pepper and pimento and heat until well blended.

Pour into casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and other 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove cover and bake until top is golden brown and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
